The upcoming season has sparked excitement throughout the squad and we are all ready to get underway with the friendlies. Rome was not built in a day but the progress over the last few weeks has been pleasing and will leave us in good standing when the real fixtures begin. The training approach of fitness orientated has not come without its sceptics however the squad are showing willingness to put in the elbow grease. Exciting times are ahead for our first team and the preseason matches will be a showcase of all the progress made.
